"Jasmine is great! When I first started out, we met three times a week for about four months. I also have some injuries (regularly dislocated left shoulder and bulging disk in my vertebrae) and she was always very aware of these injuries and let me know which types of exercises to avoid if I worked out on my own and she never incorporated these into our own workouts. She also monitored these conditions during out workouts and adjusted accordingly.
She's also very flexible as far as meeting your needs. For a time, I didn't want to meet in a gym and we met outside at Kezar Stadium. She brought some weights and managed to duplicate all the necessary exercises I would have gotten in a gym.
I really like that she does original stuff - I would see her with her other clients and while she has core moves we all used, she seemed to do different things with all of us, and she also introduced new moves constantly. And if you make it clear what kind of approach you like (boot camp yeller versus gentle encouragement) she knows just exactly how hard to push you.
I was around 175 when I started and now I'm at 155. :) So if you put in the time, there are definitely results."
