Received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. Certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with a Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Has a nutritional certification from Partners in Health School of Nutrition in California, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate, Insured through the National Health Club Association with Personal Trainers Liability insurance.

Steve Grubbs
Originally from Aptos, California, he moved to San Francisco in 1998. Once an overweight fast-food lover, he transformed his life becoming a personal trainer and nutritional consultant after enrolling in NI. He challenged himself by running a marathon, embracing biking, and exploring MMA. With dedication and expertise in strength training, he trained alongside top Bay Area fighters, assisting them in their preparations for competitions.
