Raised in Aptos, California, I moved to San Francisco in 1998. I am a former uber-glutton, bartender, booze hound, fast food hoarding, overweight guy who turned fighter. I decided to enroll in NPTI to become a personal trainer and nutritional consultant and completely overhauled my body. I ran a marathon on a dare, became an avid bike rider, and then settled into the world of MMA. Through practice, determination, and my knowledge of strength and conditioning, I was able to train with some of the top fighters in the Bay Area, who utilized me for my ability to push them in their preparation for their next fight.

Pilates is an alternative pharmaceutical-free approach to healthcare. Pilates has allowed me to manage my Rheumatoid Arthritis, speed my recovery while increasing mobility and strengthen my core from abdominal surgery, a hysterectomy, and a rotator cuff repair. I understand the hurdles that life gives us. As a Pelvic Floor & Oncology Exercise Counselor, I empathize with our body's limitations. Together we will create a plan to strengthen your pelvic floor and core, increase flexibility and movement in your daily life.
