Created by Jasmine Nichols, our brand new, world-class studio has exceptional equipment and a motivational atmosphere; the perfect place to help you to sculpt your body into the image you have always wanted. With an easy access location and convenient parking right across the street in the Lombard St. garage, getting in shape has never been easier.
Our goal is to provide our clients with personalized counseling in all aspects of health and fitness so that we can help you to achieve your maximum physical condition. With weight bearing activities, cardiovascular fitness training, flexibility training and customized nutritional counseling, our highly skilled, certified instructors create manageable goals that promote good health and strong body images.
We offer Lifefitness cardio equipment, which you can use before and after your personal training session. Perfect Fit offers the new, top of the line equipment from Lifefitness, Cybex, and GPI. The cardio equipment comes with touch screen, LCD integrated televisions, with heart rate monitoring and full cable access.
At our studio, you do not have to be a member or pay a membership fee to train with us. You will only pay a fee directly to your trainer. Bringing a trainer from another gym is welcomed; please call us for more details.

One On One Personal Training
To achieve total body fitness, we create personalized exercise programs for each client. Every program is designed, based on the individual’s goals. These exercises are designed to decrease your body fat, lower cardiovascular risks, improve HDL and LDL (high and low density lipoprotein) levels, and decrease the risk of hypertension. This program is customized for all levels of fitness, and is designed for those interested in fat loss or overall health improvement. We offer 10 and 20 session packages for either fat loss or strength training.
